By utilizing the platform, initiating an order, reserving a listing slot, or locking a booking within the Garikothay.com ecosystem, you explicitly acknowledge, accept & bound yourself to the termination rules detailed below.

1. Directory Monetization & Advertising Cancellation Rules

To protect platform infrastructure stability, server bandwidth & predictive algorithms, Garikothay.com implements a strict non-cancellable policy on all internal enterprise-tier monetization frameworks:

• ৳99 Business Onboarding Fees: The flat-rate ৳99 entry fee is a mandatory operational filter utilized to purge automated bot records. Once a merchant executes checkout via our integrated gateway & the directory listing deploys live, this transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstance.
• Fixed Subscription Slots & Ad Boosts: All flat-rate monthly/annual subscription packages for Car Rental fleet slots, Showroom inventory hubs, GPS tracker banners, or Premium Featured Slots are entirely non-cancellable. Once a time-bound visibility block is algorithmically committed to our server-side grids, the listing lifecycle runs to its exact completion timestamp. No early terminations, pro-rated payouts, or campaign pauses are supported.

2. Split-Operational Product Order Cancellations

Order cancellations within the Multi-Vendor Shop vertical are governed entirely by the origin of the inventory asset:

• Direct P2P Reversals: All order cancellations, change-of-mind requests & processing timelines are managed entirely outside our framework. Garikothay.com holds zero database logs of these cancellations & will not intervene in vendor fulfillment loops.

3. Fleet Rental & Service Terminations (Rental & Trip)

4. Limitation of Liability & Institutional Indemnity

Garikothay.com operates under a strict, absolute No-Liability Protocol. Because our code serves strictly as a self-service information bridge & text-based lookup directory, you explicitly agree that:

• Garikothay.com is completely indemnified against any losses, unexpected service cancellations, booking failures, or financial disputes arising from a termination arranged directly between buyers & sellers.
• The platform holds no accountability for transaction disputes arising from manual advance deposit cancellations sent via mobile financial services (such as private bKash or Nagad lines) directly to independent providers.

5. Framework Amendments

Garikothay.com reserves the absolute structural right to modify this contract termination policy at any timeline to reflect platform data updates or changes in national e-commerce regulations. Any amendment will deploy live instantly on this static page with an updated effective timestamp.
