This institutional policy defines the operational boundaries, technical rules & legal liabilities regarding inventory substitutions & product replacements across the Garikothay.com network. Operating strictly as a decentralized, automated Peer-to-Peer (P2P) infrastructure & a hybrid marketplace, we enforce a strict separation of commercial asset liabilities.

By utilizing the platform, ordering items, or listing commercial inventory within the Garikothay.com ecosystem, you explicitly acknowledge, accept & bound yourself to the replacement rules detailed below.

1. Split-Operational Exchange Protocols

Product substitution eligibility is governed entirely by the legal origin of the inventory asset:

A. Platform-Owned Stock Replacements

For inventory items explicitly sold, stocked & fulfilled directly from Garikothay’s corporate distribution centers, exchanges are processed under strict structural metrics.

• Eligibility Threshold: If an item arrived physically defective, broken, or misrouted, a replacement request must be lodged at our official channel (hello@garikothay.com) within our configured timeline.
• Resolution: Upon validation of the structural return payload, our automated logistics loop will re-route the correct replacement product directly to your registered destination address.

B. Independent Third-Party Merchant Exchanges

For all vehicles, spare parts, machinery components, custom vehicle accessories, or professional automotive services listed by independent third-party merchants & showrooms:

• Absolute Merchant Autonomy: Independent vendors operate as entirely distinct commercial entities. Garikothay.com holds zero title to their inventory, does not manage their stock levels & holds no data regarding their item replacements.
• Direct Negotiation: All item swap policies, size/specification replacements & shipping fee liabilities for exchanges are set completely independently by each respective merchant. Consumers must connect directly with the specific provider via our one-click communication vectors to negotiate an exchange. Garikothay.com will not & cannot, intervene, arbitrate, or manage product swaps for external merchant transactions.

2. Automotive & Heavy Equipment Replacements (Rental & Buy-Sell)

For capital-intensive vehicle assets across the Car Rental, Car Buy & Sale & heavy logistics verticals:

• Zero In-App Asset Substitutions: Garikothay.com does not maintain a spare vehicle fleet or manage active driver swap queues.
• P2P Structural Settle: If a rented vehicle experiences a mechanical failure or a purchased car requires a parts swap post-sale, the arrangement for a replacement car or replacement components is a direct P2P matter. The vehicle owner & the user must settle terms directly over cellular calling or WhatsApp routing. Your dashboard will not log, hold, or process any asset substitution records.

3. Shipping & Courier Costs for Replacements

• Platform Stock: Garikothay.com settles courier fees for verified internal code-defect replacements.
• Merchant Inventory: Advertisers & independent vendors manage their own shipping logistics. Any extra courier charges, handling fees, or collection parameters required to execute a product exchange must be settled directly with the vendor or the courier agent at the point of fulfillment via Cash on Delivery (COD) or private merchant mobile banking channels.

4. Limitation of Exchange Liability & Indemnity

Garikothay.com operates under a strict, absolute No-Liability Protocol. Because our software serves exclusively as a self-service information bridge & text-based lookup directory, you explicitly agree that:

• Garikothay.com is completely indemnified against any losses, transaction scams, misdelivered parts, or mechanical failures arising from an exchange arranged directly between external buyers & sellers.
• The platform holds no accountability for individual vendor replacement windows, out-of-stock delays, or structural components mismatches occurring outside our platform-owned inventory.

5. Framework Amendments

Garikothay.com reserves the absolute structural right to modify this inventory substitution policy at any timeline to reflect platform data updates or changes in national e-commerce regulations. Any amendment will deploy live instantly on this static page with an updated effective timestamp.
