- Manual Advance Payment Risk: If a merchant requests manual advance payments via private mobile banking channels (such as bKash or Nagad), you choose to send these funds entirely at your own discretion. Garikothay.com does not receive, hold, or log these manual merchant transfers & recovering these funds in a dispute remains entirely between you & that specific vendor.
Verification of Verified Badges
Certain high-performing merchants feature an automated "Verified Seller" badge on their storefront, triggered by system billing & profile milestones. This reflection confirms that a vendor has passed baseline account initialization metrics at a specific point in time—it is explicitly not a payment guarantee & does not shift any transaction risk to Garikothay.com
2. Automotive Asset Inspection Framework

When acquiring high-value capital assets through our Car Buy & Sale, Rental, or Spare Parts sectors, buyers must perform rigid physical inspections to mitigate mechanical & financial liability.
- Face-to-Face Settle: Never transfer capital without inspecting the asset in person. Always arrange to meet merchants at secure, highly visible public locations or authorized commercial showrooms during daylight hours.

Because the platform serves exclusively as an automated information bridge, it holds zero title to inventory, does not inspect physical goods & cannot dictate merchant operational timelines. Consequently, Garikothay.com is legally indemnified against any financial losses, service breaches, vehicle accidents, fraudulent representations, or transactional failures occurring on the network.
