Garikothay.com operates under two completely separate transactional frameworks. Financial restitution is handled strictly according to the origin of the inventory asset:

For products explicitly sold & dispatched directly from Garikothay’s corporate stocked inventory, all eligible refund & return workflows route securely through the central platform gateway.

Restitution Mechanism: Valid claims involving defective or incorrect items must be reported within our stipulated timeframe to our official communication vector (hello@garikothay.com). Verified refunds are systematically credited back to the customer's original bank account or digital payment origin.

B. Independent Third-Party Merchant Listings

For all vehicles, spare parts, accessories, rental slots & general commercial services listed by independent third-party merchants or showrooms:

Absolute Financial Separation: Garikothay.com does not receive, hold, clear, or process funds for third-party merchant transactions. Consequently, the platform is an absolute non-party to these commercial deals.
Merchant Ownership: All refund terms, exchange criteria & return windows are set completely independently by each respective merchant & displayed on their storefront profile. Consumers must contact the specific vendor directly to settle returns. Garikothay.com cannot & will not, intervene, arbitrate, or enforce cash refunds for any transaction occurring between independent buyers & sellers.

2. Directory Entry & Subscription Monetization Fees

To protect platform infrastructure overhead & enforce absolute system velocity, Garikothay.com implements a strict non-refundable policy on all internal enterprise-tier monetization frameworks:

৳99 Business Directory Entry Fees: The flat-rate ৳99 entry-level activation fee is a mandatory financial filter utilized to purge automated spam & bot records. Once a merchant completes checkout & the listing deploys live, this fee is 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.
Fixed Subscriptions & Ad Boosts: All flat-rate monthly/annual subscription packages for Car Rental slots, Showroom inventory hubs, GPS tracker banners, or Premium Featured Slots are entirely non-refundable. Once a time-bound visibility block is algorithmically committed to our server-side grids, the billing transaction is final. No partial refunds or pro-rated cash-backs are supported for early account deactivations.

3. Mandatory Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection Protocol

Garikothay.com is completely indemnified against any losses, transaction scams, fraudulent vehicle descriptions, or financial damage arising from private advance payments sent via mobile financial services (such as bKash or Nagad lines) directly to independent vendors.
The platform holds no accountability for individual warranty claims, mechanical parts failures, or contractual breaches originating from services or assets discovered within our directory grids.
