As a decentralized, automated Peer-to-Peer (P2P) local directory & hybrid marketplace, we enforce a strict separation of logistical liabilities to maintain absolute platform efficiency.


By placing an order, listing inventory, or booking transit assets within the Garikothay.com network, you explicitly accept the logistical boundaries & structural policies detailed below.

1. Hybrid Fulfillment Framework

Garikothay.com operates a strict split-operational schema within the Multi-Vendor Shop & automotive parts verticals:

A. Platform-Owned Stock Operations

For inventory explicitly marked & sold as platform-owned stock, logistics route through our designated distribution channels. Processing timelines, secure packaging metrics & localized tracking updates are pushed directly to the user’s dashboard feed. Delivery parameters for platform stock adhere strictly to standard timelines across configured geographic zones in Bangladesh.

B. Independent Third-Party Vendor Logistics

For all products, spare parts & accessories listed by independent third-party merchants:

  • Absolute Vendor Responsibility: Independent vendors operate as entirely separate business entities. The merchant is solely responsible for packaging, verifying product accuracy, calculating shipping rates & managing dispatch timelines.
  • Zero Platform Tracking Integration: Garikothay.com does not integrate third-party courier APIs, nor do we run live parcel tracking on our servers. Order parameters dump directly into the vendor’s private panel & the merchant manages fulfillment completely outside our framework.

2. Automotive Asset Transit & Mobilization (Rental & Buy-Sell)

For heavy logistics, fleet delivery & vehicle mobilization across the Car Rental, Car Buy & Sale & Second-hand Parts sectors:

  • Garikothay.com is explicitly indemnified against any parcel delivery delays, missing items, damaged products, vehicle transit accidents, or incorrect parts fulfillment on the network.
  • The platform holds no liability for shipping disputes arising from advance delivery fees sent directly to independent vendors via private mobile lines.
  • All logistics verification, product unboxing checks & package damage assessments are the absolute responsibility of the consumer before final capital cash-on-delivery settlement.

5. Amendments to this Framework
