Master Infrastructure Agreement & Platform Usage Policy

Welcome to Garikothay.com. This Master Infrastructure Agreement ("Agreement", "Terms") constitutes a legally binding contract between Garikothay.com ("the Platform", "we", "us") & any individual or corporate entity accessing, registering, or transacting within the ecosystem ("User", "Merchant", "Vendor", "You").
By utilizing Garikothay.com, its 19+ specialized verticals & automated services, you explicitly agree to comply with & be bound by the structural rules, billing parameters & legal boundaries detailed herein. If you do not accept these terms, you are mandated to terminate platform usage immediately.
1. Nature of the Digital Infrastructure
Garikothay.com operates strictly as a decentralized, automated Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Local Directory and Utility Architecture.
- Zero-Brokerage Framework: We are entirely commission-free. Garikothay.com does not act as an escrow agent, auctioneer, transaction handler, freight forwarder, or employment recruiter.
- Absolute P2P Connections: The platform merely provides automated text-based discovery tools & one-click communication vectors (cellular calling & WhatsApp deep-linking). All subsequent commercial contracts, vehicle inspections, financial settlements & delivery logistics occur entirely outside our digital environment.
2. Onboarding Filters & Automated Lifecycles
A. Mandatory Onboarding Monetary Filter
To preserve platform data integrity, prevent duplicate business records & completely eliminate automated bot spam, Garikothay.com does not offer free merchant profiles. Directory listing activation requires a flat, non-refundable onboarding fee of ৳99. Upon successful settlement via our integrated gateway, the listing deploys live instantly via pre-coded database rules with zero manual administrative review.
B. Fixed Subscription Slot Management
Premium marketplaces—including the Car Rental fleet slots, Showroom inventory hubs, GPS tracking directories & Second-hand parts banners—operate under flat-rate fixed monthly or annual subscription models.
- Algorithmic Lifecycle Control: The backend database engine cross-references active billing timelines autonomously. The exact millisecond a merchant’s active subscription epoch expires, the system automatically hides the respective listing from the public dropdown grids without manual intervention. Visibility is instantly restored upon self-service gateway renewal.
3. Hybrid E-Commerce & Third-Party Vendor Rules
The platform implements a strict hybrid separation within the Multi-Vendor Shop vertical:
- Platform-Owned Assets: Products explicitly marked as platform stock route transactions through the unified gateway checkout. Fulfillment is managed via dedicated platform shop parameters.
- Third-Party Merchant Inventory: Products listed by independent vendors bypass online payment gateways entirely at checkout. The system routes order details straight into the vendor's private dashboard. The vendor is solely responsible for arranging cash-on-delivery (COD) or private mobile settlements & executing delivery completely outside our infrastructure.
4. User-Generated Content & Self-Regulation
In interactive modules—specifically the Ask a Mechanic open board & the Community Forum—users are entirely responsible for their input strings.
- Pay-to-Post Framework: The Ask a Mechanic forum enforces a minimal, non-refundable gate fee per submission to eliminate low-value forum spam & protect professional bandwidth.
- Autonomous Moderation: Content moderation is crowd-sourced & automated. If a post or comment receives a pre-coded threshold of unique user reports via the on-screen flag tools, the system automatically archives the text.
5. Absolute Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Garikothay.com operates under an absolute No-Liability Protocol. Because the platform functions exclusively as an automated information bridge & exercises zero physical control over inventory, vehicle conditions, professional driver licenses, or roadside emergency response times, you explicitly agree that:
- Garikothay.com is completely indemnified against any financial losses, transaction scams, vehicle theft, mechanical damages, roadside extraction delays, or personal injury occurring on the network.
- The platform holds no responsibility for transaction disputes arising from manual advance payment transfers (such as private mobile banking lines) sent directly to independent vendors.
- All legal document management within the Digital Document Wallet is strictly self-service & the platform holds zero liability for data loss or incorrect timestamp configurations.
6. Location & Zero Mapping Costs
To maintain uncompromised loading velocities across nationwide mobile configurations & completely eliminate volatile third-party map costs, location searches filter exclusively through text-based drop-down zones (জেলা > থানা). Physical office or gurege routing executes via free deep-linking to the user’s native smartphone mapping application. The platform is structurally barred from logging or monitoring active live coordinate parameters.
7. Jurisdictional Authority & Amendments
This Agreement is governed by & construed in absolute alignment with, the commercial, digital & regulatory laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Garikothay.com reserves the structural right to amend these Terms at any timeline to reflect platform optimizations. Any update will deploy live instantly on this static page with an updated effective timestamp.
