Operating strictly as a decentralized, automated Peer-to-Peer (P2P) infrastructure & a hybrid marketplace, we enforce a strict separation of asset liabilities.

By utilizing the platform, purchasing items, or listing commercial inventory within the Garikothay.com ecosystem, you explicitly acknowledge, accept & bound yourself to the warranty boundaries detailed below.

1. Split-Operational Warranty Frameworks

Warranty eligibility, claims processing & servicing are governed entirely by the legal origin of the inventory asset:

A. Platform-Owned Stock Warranties

For inventory items explicitly sold, stocked & fulfilled directly from Garikothay’s corporate distribution centers, active warranties are processed under strict corporate guidelines.

• Claims Handling: If a platform-owned asset develops a verified component failure within its specified coverage timeline, the claim payload must be submitted directly to our official corporate channel (hello@garikothay.com).
• Resolution: Upon technical verification, our internal logistics loop will process the repair, component replacement, or product substitution in absolute alignment with the asset's specific terms.

B. Independent Third-Party Merchant Inventory

For all vehicles, spare parts, reconditioned components, engine lubricants, tyres, car audio systems & electronics (such as devices discovered inside the GPS Tracker or Second-hand Parts verticals) listed by independent third-party merchants:

• Absolute Merchant Autonomy: Independent vendors operate as entirely distinct commercial entities. Garikothay.com holds zero title to their inventory, does not inspect their stock & possesses no data regarding their after-sales service metrics.
• Direct Manufacturer/Merchant Claims: All product warranties, parts guarantees & repair window parameters are set completely independently by each respective merchant or the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Consumers must connect directly with the specific provider or their authorized service center to claim a warranty. Garikothay.com will not & cannot, intervene, validate, or manage technical warranty claims for external merchant transactions.

2. Automotive & Heavy Equipment Coverage Boundaries (Rental & Buy-Sell)

For capital-intensive automotive assets across the Car Buy & Sale, Fleet Rental & heavy logistics verticals:

• Zero In-App Structural Warranties: Garikothay.com does not offer mechanical, structural, or electrical electrical guarantees on pre-owned, reconditioned, or new vehicles listed by showrooms or individual owners.
• P2P Structural Settle: If a vehicle purchased through a directory merchant develops a transmission error, engine anomaly, or structural defect post-sale, all recourse must be sought directly from the selling showroom or dealer based on the private billing contract signed during the face-to-face transaction. The platform does not log, track, or enforce automotive warranties.

3. Shipping & Technical Logistics for Claims

• Platform Stock: Garikothay handles inbound & outbound courier logistics for verified internal platform-owned stock warranty servicing.
• Merchant Inventory: Independent merchants manage their own service centers. Any shipping charges, courier handling fees, or physical transit operations required to transport a defective product to a third-party vendor's service location are the absolute responsibility of the consumer & the merchant, operating completely outside our framework.

4. Limitation of Warranty Liability & Indemnity

Garikothay.com operates under a strict, absolute No-Liability Protocol. Because our software serves exclusively as a self-service information bridge & text-based lookup directory, you explicitly agree that:

• Garikothay.com is completely indemnified against any financial losses, unfulfilled service promises, out-of-warranty claims rejections, or mechanical vehicle damages arising from interactions with independent dealers or service workshops discovered on the platform.
• The platform holds no accountability for the authenticity of manufacturer auction sheets or the operational durability of spare parts listed by third-party vendors.

5. Framework Amendments

Garikothay.com reserves the absolute structural right to modify this technical guarantee framework at any timeline to reflect platform data updates or changes in national digital commerce regulations. Any amendment will deploy live instantly on this static page with an updated effective timestamp.
